This Sunday, 14th October is World Cavity-Free Future Day, an alliance of professional and trade bodies to boost awareness and help prevent cavities in adults and children.
Whilst dental cavities can be a minor problem for people who can afford high quality dental care, it is a major burden for those who do not have access dental treatment leading to suffering and loss of quality of life.
You can join the fight by choosing to drink water instead of sugary drinks for a day.
Join the campaign by using the #WCFFDay on 14th October.
Post a photo of your smile on Facebook to @australiandentalassociation, @acffanz or @colgateanz.
Do you know how much sugar is in your drink?
