Because dental fees are not regulated by the Government, they vary from one practice to another. At Brookfield Road Dental we aim to keep our fees within industry norms while reflecting the expertise and experience of our dentists. We pride ourselves on doing things “properly” while offering a level of service to our patients they may not experience elsewhere.
In our practice, we use only the best materials and equipment available, employ highly trained staff and do not take short cuts in infection control. Furthermore, we do not outsource our laboratory services to overseas countries where we cannot verify the quality of materials used nor the conditions of the workers employed in such laboratories.
After your initial examination, we will formulate a treatment plan, in consultation with you, that suits your needs and fits within your budget.
So that we can meet our overheads, we request payment at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and cheque. We can process most health fund rebates you may be entitled to using our Hicaps facility.
Over the Phone Quotes
In some instances we can provide a verbal quote over the phone. However, it is important to remember that any such estimate will be a rough guide only and may vary after the clinical assessment of your individual circumstances. After your initial visit, a more definite quote can be provided.
Fees for children under 18 years of age remain the responsibility of the adult scheduling the appointment.
Your Health Insurance
Any rebates you receive from your Health Fund will be determined by the level of cover you have and the maximum benefit limit imposed by your particular insurer. For privacy reasons, we cannot access information relating to your level of cover and as such, cannot estimate what (if any) rebate you will receive for a given service.
Because we exist to serve our patients rather than the shareholders of large multinational corporations, we are not affiliated with any Health Funds and do not participate in preferred provider schemes. For more information, please see our FAQ’s section.
